We supply only fully trained people with the ability neccessary to perform work completely to instructions and our safety officers supervise all operations. Safety officers are trained to OH & S standards. We do not compromise on safety and unsafe work practices are not acceptable. Quality and safety can and will not be compromised. We clearly understand that high access work can be dangerous, and experience is paramount to undertake and supervise such operations.
Our personnel undergo regular training, ensuring the utmost quality at all times. Job specific training is undertaken where appropriate by qualified experts. All 'Phoenix' employees carry personal identification cards, bearing photograph and signature of employee. Our employees are also readily identified by their distinctive corporate uniform.
All employees have attended relevant first aid courses, and a designated first aid officer is employed.
All of the equipment owned by 'Phoenix' is of the highest quality. This equipment regularly receives full safety checks and maintenance, to underwrite the safety of our employees, and the quality of our workmanship. Our vehicles are also maintained and scrutinised with safety and presentation foremost.
The detergents and chemicals used in our operations are environmentally friendly.
All employees enjoy award or award plus remuneration. We have a designated staff coordinator who is accessible to all employees to discuss and escalate issues in need. 'Phoenix' clearly fulfills its obligations in every other aspect of the appropriate award including, superannuations, long service leave, workers compensation, etc.
